About us
Our mission
We want to inspire people to take an active part in art and culture, and to encourage them to discover and develop their talents and creativity. Art is used as a means of personal growth, encounter and expression, with particular attention for young people and their artistic and cultural development. The home base for these activities is the Kunstenhuis in Aubenton, from which workshops, rehearsals and cultural projects are organised. The Kunstenhuis serves as a creative meeting place where you can easily stay, rehearse and perform, so that participants can fully focus on artistic development, collaboration and exchange.
Our vision
The foundation believes that practising and experiencing art contributes to the development of every person. By creating a safe and inspiring environment in which collaboration, mutual support and creative freedom are central, the foundation aims to connect and strengthen people. Young people in particular are given space to develop their talents and build a lasting engagement with art and culture.
The foundation is convinced that active participation in art and culture and the development of talent contribute to the happiness and wellbeing of the community as a whole.
Art and the development of talent thus form a lasting force in the growth of the individual, the community and society.
